PLANET EARTH – It’s a weekend of rapid change and challenge, as the Waning Quarter Moon in Virgo approaches and releases this Saturday. We’re oscillating between versions of ourselves; our ideas of who we want to be are changing rapidly. We cannot always understand ourselves, and our inconstancy is distressing, making it difficult to fulfill our responsibilities. We know we must take account of our fantasies, but they flit and float away before we can begin to understand them.
Despite its challenges, our mutability is our strength. Dancers know this; the contortions are the beauty itself. Musicians know this; time is the object, the waves oscillating our ear drums. Rivers know this; Heraclitus said it best, that we do not step in the same river twice “for it is not the same river and we are not the same men.”
Let the shapes shift; it’s okay to let go. The moon wanes only for an instant before it waxes again; do we say she has lost herself? Saturn in Pisces chimes in and says this; it is your responsibility to flow, to grow.
xoxo,
Seany
